Interior drain tile, sump basins, and vapor barrier wall systems installed by technicians who've done this hundreds of times in Westbury, NY basements.
Basement waterproofing mistakes usually come down to one thing: fixing the symptom instead of the source. A contractor who paints over a wet wall without checking cove joint condition or exterior grading is setting you up for the same call again in a year or two.
We're bonded and insured for both residential and light commercial basement work across Westbury, NY.
Our Westbury, NY crews are staffed locally, so a wet basement call doesn't sit in a national queue for a week.
No hourly billing and no change orders once your basement floor is already open.
We use pin-type moisture meters and a flashlight-and-crowbar inspection to trace water back to its real entry point.
Every Westbury, NY Basement Waterproofing job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
We route drain tile beneath the existing slab line so flooring disruption stays minimal during installation.
Every drain tile system needs a properly sized sump pump — we calculate basin size and pump horsepower from your square footage and local water table depth.
The cove joint where the floor meets the foundation wall is one of the most common Westbury, NY leak points, and we seal it as part of every interior system.
A dimpled plastic membrane behind any finished basement wall channels residual moisture down to the drain tile instead of trapping it behind drywall.
Poor window well drainage is one of the most overlooked Westbury, NY basement leak sources, and it's often the cheapest fix on the list.
You describe what you're seeing — a wet spot, a musty smell, standing water — and we get a rough read on urgency before dispatching anyone.
A technician walks the basement with a moisture meter, checking walls, floor, and cove joints to trace the water back to its actual source.
You'll see drain tile footage, sump specs, and labor broken out separately, not one vague lump-sum number.
You'll get warranty paperwork and a walkthrough of how the system works so you know what to expect going forward.

Cost depends on linear footage, sump basin size, and whether cove joint sealing is included — we won't give a number without an in-person inspection.
We keep the cut as narrow as possible and clean up debris before leaving the site.
Most residential interior drain tile and sump installations finish in one to three days depending on basement size.
If the crack is actively weeping or part of a larger drainage issue, we'll recommend a full system instead of a spot fix.
Coverage depends on your policy and the cause of the water intrusion — we can document conditions for a claim, but approval is up to your insurer.
Warranty terms are often transferable if you sell the property later.
If your Westbury address falls just outside our standard coverage zone, call anyway — we often still make the trip for basement emergencies.
