A failed sump pump or a burst window well seal can put inches of water in your basement in under an hour — our Westbury, NY emergency crews carry extraction pumps and moisture meters to start mitigation the same day you call.
Emergency calls that get deprioritized behind routine scheduling are how a small leak turns into a much larger repair bill. We route active flooding straight to the front of the dispatch board, every time, without exception.
Emergency calls get answered by a real dispatcher, day or night, not a voicemail that gets returned in the morning.
Active flooding gets priority routing ahead of scheduled, non-urgent appointments on the dispatch board.
Emergency dispatch doesn't mean unpredictable pricing — we quote extraction and mitigation work in writing before starting.
Moisture meters let us confirm the water hasn't spread further than what's visible before we finish the visit.
We scope every Emergency Waterproofing job in person before quoting it, since two properties with the same symptom rarely need the same fix.
We prioritize extraction speed since every additional hour of standing water increases the risk of mold and structural damage.
If a specialty pump is needed, we set up temporary pumping to control the situation until the right unit arrives.
This buys time without leaving the situation to worsen while a permanent fix is planned.
Mitigation documentation is provided for any insurance claim you may need to file.
A bowing or failing foundation wall during active water intrusion gets an emergency structural assessment to determine immediate safety and next steps.
Describe what's happening — active flooding, a failed pump, a burst pipe — and we dispatch based on severity, not a standard appointment queue.
We bring extraction pumps, air movers, and moisture meters on every emergency dispatch.
A technician assesses the situation on arrival and gives you a written price for immediate extraction and mitigation before starting.
Follow-up scheduling for permanent repairs is set up before we leave, so the emergency doesn't just repeat itself.

Response time can vary with weather-driven call volume, but active flooding always jumps the queue.
We believe in transparent pricing even when the situation is urgent.
If safe to do so, move valuables away from rising water and, if you have access to your electrical panel, avoid contact with water near outlets.
This buys time and limits further water intrusion without leaving the situation to worsen.
We document the mitigation work with photos and moisture readings that many Westbury, NY customers have used to support a claim.
You won't need to find a second contractor for the follow-up work.
